JOB DESCRIPTION

A Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the time management of a sales representative’s calendar.  Schedulers are provided with a contact list to work from and support the representative in their strategic plan.  Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining contact lists, arranging business meetings, travel plans, email inquiries, mass mailing (stationary & postage provided by rep) and maintaining continuous communication with representative.  All schedulers are trained and provided with support.
