What is the benefit of using our services?
Our services are beneficial to representatives who would like to achieve their goals by spending more time with clients.  Our services carefully plan a representative’s day, week , month  so they don’t have to.

How is this different from an administrative assistant?
All schedulers are fully trained and knowledgeable in strategic route planning and territory management to maximize exposure in the field.

How do you manage the contact list?
All contact information is stored in a business software which is setup to automatically follow-up on clients on any given time frame, similar to a tickler system.  This ensures that all rotations are completed in a timely manner.

How do reps receive their appointments?
All appointments are scheduled on real-time and are sent via email to PC and/or mobile devices. 

How often does the scheduler communicate with the representative?
The scheduler remains in continuous communication with the representative via email or phone for any reason.  Reps can make requests and changes at any time.

How many appointments can be made in 1 week?
It all depends on how many hours the scheduler works per week.  On average, a scheduler working 5 hours/week will produce approximately  10 appointments/week.  A scheduler working 8 hours/week may produce approximately 15 appointments/week.  There is no limit to how many appointments can be made.  Schedulers are appointed based on experience level and number of hours required.  We cannot guarantee a number of appointments due to the variables outside of our control such as, the economy, market conditions, and other factors.

What types of meetings are scheduled?
Our schedulers coordinate one-on-one meetings, breakfast, lunch or dinner meetings, seminars, and other business events. 

How does the scheduler plan appointments if he/she is not familiar with rep’s area?
Schedulers are geographically trained to measure distance and travel time effectively.

Can schedulers perform other duties?
Schedulers may also coordinate mass mailings with stationery and postage provided by the rep, email inquiries with information provided by the rep and other administrative duties.  Scheduler can also arrange business travel plans.

How long does it take to get started?
It usually takes 2 weeks to get started.  Once contact lists are received, the scheduler must prepare a plan and database before beginning the calls.

What is your success rate?
Our methods have been proven to increase sales revenues by 20% versus the average 5%.
